First of all amazement that I was seeing a Consultant within 3 weeks of investigations and examinations, and then 12 days later being in theatre!!!!
Mr Robertson had a very friendly manner and positive attitude. He gave a clear explanation of the cancer, the mastectomy that was required and then the follow up treatments that would be available. He was very reassuring, and willing to listen to my views! On leaving hospital, I experienced no pain, discomfort or nausea...... and felt rather a fraud!!!!
I consider that I couldn't have had a better surgeon... and then of course to hear the success of the operation, means Mr Robertson has 5 gold stars from me!!!
