Mr Robertson, gave me the worrying news I had Breast cancer and would need a mastectomy, he was compassionate and reassuring delivering it with “we will beat this!” The surgery was arranged swiftly and I had decided on immediate reconstruction, following on from a reassuring conversation with him, going through all of my options. After surgery I experienced some pain and concern, but he arranged appointments within a day, or two, to check and again reassure me it was all normal and ok.
Throughout the treatment he has showed me great care, listening to my worries and my tears. Yesterday he delivered the amazing news the cancer has not spread and only medication is needed. He seemed as happy as me, to tell me the good news and I could not recommend him enough, to anyone having to go through anything similar. Thank you Mr Robertson!
