I as referred to Mr Irving via BUPA. The whole process from using Babylon 24/7 to referral to appointment was easy and reassuring.
On the day of my consultation the reception staff who checked me in, the girls handling the sanitiser in these trying times, the nurses and Mr Irving were exemplary.
I was put an ease and made to feel comfortable.
I was referred on the day for an ultra sound, consultation at 10.30 ultra sound at 12 , full diagnosis and feedback by 12.30... thank you Annie for getting my ultra sound so quickly.
To the guys who did my ultra sound , thank you for your clarity of communication and for the few humorous jokes that made me relax.
