The conversation I had with Mr Irving in my consultation was very much a dialogue; he discussed my options very thoroughly, and wanted to hear my thoughts. During my examination he told me exactly what he was doing and what was going on that necessitated my upcoming procedure, and I felt at ease the entire time.
He told me why I had had no success previously in my treatments and was sure to tell me of all the pros and cons of each surgical and non-surgical treatment option. I would have no difficulty in returning to Mr Irving for any other future issues.
