The explanatory notes from the diagnostic clinic quickly dispelled the nervousness of the thought of the visit. From the first welcoming to the last it was extremely helpful, reassuring and expertly handled. I was made to feel extremely comfortable by all the staff and was treated as a 'named patient ' not just a number.
The various treatments I had, passed comfortably and even if I had been recommended to have a further procedure, I would have felt quite comfrotable with Mr Irving and indeed the whole team on that day. What a wonderful system. No changing:no seeing other departments on re -visits: and no having to explainn repeatedly my situation to differnt departments on different days. Thank you to Mr Irving and the wonderfull team for their treatment and kindness on that day.
The prognosis at the end of the day was helpful too: not having to wait for letters and a further visit to my GP.
