I could write so much about Doctor Simon Watts and the wonderful treatment , care and attention he gave , right from the outset to the final follow up. I had been hit by a cricket ball 18 months before , leaving me with a deviated septum as well as the broken bones on the bridge . I have just walked away today ( after cast removal) with a totally put back together nose and I am so pleased with the result. I cannot thank Simon and his immediate team including Ginny ( secretary ) who dealt with my emotional state having been so badly treated by another consultants secretary elsewhere when they stated 6 months down the line that they wouldn’t take me as I was not ‘self funded ‘ … and I’d be hard pushed to find anyone .. Well I did I think Simon showed with his persona , attitude listening and caring manner that he must have a ‘passion for putting things better than he found them! ’ - Thank you for your attention to detail , skill and being such a professional in your field . I can only say I am Glad I went through what I did which enabled me to find you and your team . With utmost thanks … Emma .
