Very good treatment and after care.
Everything well explained.
I have a long term back issue and have had a number of treatments.
I still take two paracetamol tablets every morning and still cannot do any gardening which involves bending for more than a few minutes.
Providing I do not over do Physical work I can cope without pain all day.
Sleep ok.
