After care follow up has not been easy. Almost impossible to get chance to speak to Dr Cudlip after the operation. I have been refered to the neurosurgery team to handle any queries and have not been able to speak to any doctor in the team for several weeks. Considering this was such a significant operation, I would expect a much better and efficient follow up service. And to speak to Mr Cudlip at least once should be normal. Not impressed with follow up service.

Response from Mr Simon Cudlip

I’m really sorry to hear this, I always do my best respond to queries and concerns very quickly, if I’m away one of my team does this on my behalf. My secretary at the JR is very efficient and I wonder if messages are somehow not getting through. This link will take you to my secretary’s contact details- please get in touch and we’ll sort this out. https://www.ouh.nhs.uk/services/departments/neurosciences/neurosurgery.aspx
