I was fortunate enough to have a consultation with Mr Simon Cudlip following a brain aneurysm diagnosis from a routine NHS MRI scan. The diagnosis via a letter left me with paralysing anxiety and a multitude of questions that Google searches made more terrifying. I am glad I made the decision to pursue private advice and sought out Mr Cudlip's expertise. He came well recommended to me. I found vast comfort in his empathy and great reassurance in his knowledge around my diagnosis and potential future treatment should it be required. He is one of the loveliest surgeons I have ever met and I have met a lot ! (as I have worked in hospitals for 14 years and been a surgical photographer over that duration). Mr Cudlip was very kind to me and he explained my diagnosis with calmness, clarity and compassion. I recently had a further consultation with him to discuss the impact of HRT on my aneurysm and once again, I was very quickly helped and felt supported.
