Mr Cudlip was extremely sensitive, professional and calm, explaining everything that would happen and making sure I understood each step. He also provided written notes which allowed me to read and digest both the operation and the recovery process afterwards. I never felt rushed when talking to him. On the day of the operation he saw me both before and after and was very reassuring - it was easy to trust him.
I would not hesitate to recommend him and I am extremely grateful to him for all he has done for me.
