I had the good fortune of Consulting Simon Brewster to have my Prostate issue sorted out. I had consulted 3 other Urologists before I met Mr Brewster. I was quite struck by his humble kind caring attitude and felt at ease discussing options and risks involved as I am a very high risk patient on blood thinners for AF and IHD for over 15 years, I was catheter dependent for about 8 months and quite a frail subject, with low body weight. I saw him with my daughter who is a doctor herself. He took time discuss all my concerns and also explained risks with various options. Finally he recommended Turp as a safe procedure but not without risks, which were explained quite open honest manner, but assuring me that he will contain those risks to his best. I had my TURP just a week ago, in the safe hands of Mr Brewster and back home recovering enjoying my new found freedom.He visited me right throughout my stay, twice daily and is accessible if I have concerns following my discharge. He is a super clas excellent Urological Surgeon.
