Mr Mansour, at a time when I was at my most frightened and vulnerable, put me immediately at ease and talked to me eye to eye about my diagnosis and the remedies. He gave me back the confidence that I needed to face and undergo triple bypass surgery. My recovery and healing has been very good and this was reinforced at my post surgery review. Mr Mansour also showed an interest in my present welfare where knee surgery is required and has given me the confidence to go forward with that at some point in the near future. I would personally like to thank Mr Mansour and his team for the life preserving care they gave me.
