Mr Mansour always explained in detail why the operation was necessary and the procedure needed which gave me the confidence, as I was Asymptomatic, to have my aortic valve replaced. Although this was a life saving operation I never once felt anxious or nervous and had full confidence in Mr Mansour. He is also a nice man.
