I had the unfortunate experience of a previous incompetent spinal surgeon at The Clementine many years ago, but Mr Ridgeway is the complete opposite - an exceptionally brilliant surgeon who has cured my previous problems and my recent pains. I was suffering with Spinal Stenosis, pains around both hips and down both legs such that I could only walk a few paces with some difficulty.
I came around from the anaesthetic with absolutely no pain at all. Just a dull ache which has lessened during the subsequent four weeks after my operation.
I cannot praise Mr Ridgeway enough for his caring manner, prior and post operation attention and information, and of course the brilliant result.
He is THE Spinal Surgeon to go to ......but at One Hatfield Hospital. Both are THE BEST!
