Mr Masud had big shoes to fill after taking on Mr Woodnutt's cases but in my opinion he's excelled himself.
I find him very easy to talk to, he explains everything well and always answers my questions fully and in a way that I can understand.
I put my total trust in him in giving me a total knee replacement and I must say that so far, I'm not disappointed. My recovery is still ongoing but the pain that I was previously in has now gone.
He's a very likable person and I will always feel safe in his hands.
