Just a short note of praise to Mr. Masud and his team for coordinating, and successfully undertaking my total knee replacement surgery.
This has eradicated my pain and will now allow me to fully enjoy my life to which I’m extremely grateful.
During my previous inpatient appointments I have found Mr. Masud to be very professional, attentive, polite and considerate to my needs.
In my view there is nothing more that Mr. Masud could do to improve the quality of care that is provided.
