Mr Masud was totally professional every time I met him and he shows great empathy with the patient. He has a nice relaxed bedside manner and came to see how I was just a couple of hours after the operation.
The Total knee replacement operation I had done has recovered excellently and everyone has remarked about how good a job was done by the surgeon.
He personally could not have given me greater care. Thankyou.
