Mr Baldota is a very personable, caring and understanding man. Each time I attended the breast clinic I was lucky enough to see him which really helped as my husband and I felt that I was receiving personal care. He came to see me twice following surgery and I was only in hospital for 24 hours! When I went for my post op appointment he was obviously genuinely pleased to be able to give me good news which made me feel that he really cared. The whole experience, although obviously not pleasant, was definitely made more bearable because of Mr Baldota.
