Was very clear on the facts/actions. And also took time to listen to questions or repeat what wasn't understood.
He was very good at checking up on me each time the operation was cancelled and when i did go for my op he manner was calm and so made me calm.
Check the nurses have written down instructions on any medication needed when he is not around. I was told i could have something later but when it came to that time there was no evidence so they would not give it to me.
