Mr Malek put me at ease from the very moment that he met me. I was a bit scared of the procedure but being treated as a person and not a commodity was the best experience i could have wished for. Everything was explained about what was involved and what to expect and the encouragement i received with the follow up appointments was just what i needed. He gave me a choice either suffer with pain or have a hip replacement and be pain free. If i needed to have the other hip replaced i wouldn't hesitate to have Mr Malek to do the operation. He has changed my life totally and i am eternally grateful.
