Today was my first face to face appointment with Mr Saad El Ashry. He gave a warm friendly greeting, and, we spent a couple of minutes, recollecting our initial telephone call that took place around Autumn last year (it was a cancellation organised the day before by Modality) regarding my painful thumbs/wrists, and, my injections that I had done at Sandwell Hospital in December. During my appointment I was at ease with his thoughtful explanations and he took time to explain at length, my concerns and what my options were likely to be. At one point he even addressed my husband, asking if he had anything that needed explaining. I think it may well be that I have to have surgery, but I asked for a little thinking time, I left reassured and felt taken care of. .I do not think anything needed improving.
