Excellent care received at all times from Mr El Ashry.. Everything was explained to a level appropriate to both myself and my daughter, follow up was done and any problems quickly investigated. Professional and polite at all times, we were very happy with all care provided by Mr El Ashry
The only problem we encountered was appointments not being booked for the time we had discussed we needed to return. I had to do a lot of chasing of appointments which although is not Mr El Ashrys fault there maybe needs to be clearer communications to the secretaries as to when exactly reviews need to be booked
