Dear Mr Middleton I am writing to you on behalf of my mother, Joyce Ireland The very beginning of 2021 has been a difficult one for Joyce and us as a family, with my mother’s hip dislocating on numerous occasions ! The two subsequent procedures to rectify the issue for a 98 year old, we’re not easy to undertake! The care given to Joyce from the ambulance service, nursing staff and carers over the past seven months has been fantastic! We would like to pay special thanks to you for your skill and care given to Joyce. She is recovering well and has made good progress, being able to navigate her way round her house and use the stair lift unaided!! Thank you again Kind regards Jill Dingle (on behalf of Joyce Ireland)
