My consultation with Mr. Middleton was certainly not an intimidating experience - quite the contrary. I was put at ease immediately and my medical problem was explained thoroughly, after which I was given the opportunity to raise any particular concerns. I left feeling reassured that Mr. Middleton and his Secretary would be happy to look after me.
