I write in appreciation of Mr. Middleton's professionalism, approachability and caring nature throughout the past three years. Once described by him as a 'diagnostic conundrum' I eventually had a very successful total knee replacement in November 2019. He is a surgeon who dispels fears with his explanations of procedures and can even be regarded as a friend. I now have a permanent open appointment - this is in itself very reassuring - that one can return to the care of such a competent and skilled surgeon when the need arises.
