I'm very glad to have met Mr Mykula and that he agreed to remove a lipoma from the back of my neck which had been bothering me for a few years. As a plastic surgeon, he did a great job of closing the wound which included separately stitching multiple layers of skin & flesh together to reduce the possible impact of scar tissue in one place, and which has allowed more mobility of the skin over the excision site. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable, and listened carefully to deal with any questions I had as we went along both through the consultations and the surgery itself. When the pre-op tests also revealed I have a benign heart condition, Mr Mykula gave me a high-level understanding of what was going on to alleviate any immediate concerns, whilst strongly recommending I visit a cardiologist to be on the safe side, which I have now done.
