I initially had a private consultation with Mr Lee. He showed a lot of sensitivity, explaining the options of going privately or through the NHS and did not make me feel embarrassed about needing to go via the NHS route. I appreciated that he established my personal circumstances before explaining the amount of care required post surgery. I also appreciated that he personally kept in touch with me by phone after my operation was cancelled due to Covid-19. I also felt that when I was in hospital, he and his team gave me the right amount of attention and was available to answer questions when needed. Both he and his team were very professional.
