Very professional, excellent communication, put me at ease, and willing to explain and answer any questions. The surgery was successful and surprisingly very little post operative pain.Post surgery follow up was carried out as promised, although the initial and post op consultations were via telephone due to Covid -19.
Despite lack of face to face consultations, I got total confidence in him as he was excellent at explaining and guiding me through the process.
