There are people who do their job. There are people who do their job well. And then, there are people who are angels. Francesca, Mr. Pollock's wonderful secretary, is one such angel. Nothing is to much trouble. Always sweet, friendly, personal, knowledgeable, caring, expedient approach. Francesca put me in a better place by generously giving me her time on the phone the day before my tumor operation. I am so glad and grateful to have had this. Lovely Francesca clearly represent the culture and level of service Mr. Pollock cultivates on his team. Thank you ever so much.
