To say we were blessed to have Mr Pollock and his team looking after our son would be an understatement. Mr Pollock has been remarkable in the way he put our minds at ease and the way he talked us through everything. We will never forget what he has done for us. He is a true professional in every sense and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand everything.
