I have had my surgery during the coronavirus period. I have felt confident at all times with Rob Pollock and his team during these strange times. There have been several telephone consultations and email queries both pre and post operation. Each time I received a prompt response, which was most reassuring.
Rob Pollock has a very pleasant voice and professional, caring manner which put me at ease throughout the past difficult months, for which I would like to thank him very much.
