I would highly recommend Mr Parmeshwar as a breast surgeon. He is everything you could ask of a consultant - caring, attentive, respectful and an excellent surgeon. He offered me an alternative to mastectomy, which no other doctor was prepared to offer me and I will be eternally grateful to him.
