Mr Irving has a wonderful empathy with his patients. He is an excellent surgeon, as well as a very nice man. He spends time ensuring his patients understand their condition and the available treatments, and helps them reach the best decisions about their care.
The only downside is that his clinics always run behind time, but he's definitely worth waiting for!
