Mr Thomas took the time to explain everything. Answered all questions. I knew what to expect. His care was excellent. Professional but personable and friendly. Fantastic surgeon. Post operative care excellent. His clinical support was excellent as well as his secretarial support Gemma. 10/10 on all fronts. Felt very confident from start to finish.
