I suffered from carpal tunnel syndrone for five years and when I went for my first consultation had no idea what to expect.
Ravi was entirely professional and talked me through my options, along with the risks, in a matter-of-fact way without coming across as patronising or being in a rush to get rid of me. He wasn’t a box ticker either; a few days after my surgery he phoned to ask how I was and I explained I needed the bandages changed. It turned out that day he was working in a hospital just a stones throw from where I work, so he arranged to see me without having to go through the usual red tape.
I really have nothing bad to say about my experience with Ravi. I made a full recovery and the pins and needles in my right hand have gone like I never had it in the first place. When it's time to have my left hand done, I know who I'll be contacting!
