I was seen by Mr Kundra who was thorough and exact in his explanation of what my condition was and how this would be treated. I was given an operation date but was seen early. I went in for the operation and within 4 hours I was home. My knee is healing really well and following a consultation this week I have been discharged. I saw the pictures of my knee and the result of the operation and I am pleased.
Mr Kundra is approachable, and easy to understand. My only criticism is that when comleting his audio record of the appointment I had to correct him with regards to my previous operation history.
All in all I am very pleased with my treatment and the quality of service i recieved.
