Good communication, surgical skills, and Q&A. Surrounding processes badly flawed - i.e. not called back following MRI scan, even though damage was found, and not called back following surgery. But it appears these were beyond Mr Kundra's control - i.e. hospital closures leading to an overburdoned department, flawed NHS prpcess and GP incompetence. So I can't fault Mr Kundra. Very grateful for his expertise and operating on my knee. The overarching processes and resources however *urgently* need overhauling, but of course the government already knows all this, and is deliberately doing everything in their power to make the NHS fail so that they can usher in private healthcare ASAP(and a take cut of the profits for themselves when the contracts are handed out).
