When I arrived the reception and team where so very welcoming that all my worries regarding the procedure and possible findings where completely forgotten.
A very professional and caring team with a great attitude .
Everything was explained to me before hand by the doctor , and during the procedure I was fully aware of what was happening as explained with no pain or anxiety .
Following the procedure the recovery period was the same , with the team still checking and caring and even time for tea and biscuits before being discharged ,thanks to all involved .
