I have had mainly bad experiences with the NHS services and Queens. Hospital in particular. What a refreshing change. Mr Mankotia and his team were like a breath of fresh air, professional, caring and efficient. Mr Mankotia performed an endoscopy on me, which I was dreading having has 2 bad experiences before by other surgeons. He was gentle, thorough and the procedure was over before I knew it.
He and all his team should be congratulated. Keep up the good work!
