Pre-operatively, the operation, care & outcomes were explained to me by members of the nursing staff, medical & anaesthetics team. Mr Ramamoorthy then checked with me that i had understood everything & gave me opportunity to ask questions.
He was calm & respectful which reassured me & gave me trust in him & in the procedure to follow.
Post operatively, he explained clearly how the operation had progressed & again sought my opinion, which assured me that i could have every confidence in his ability.
Six days post-operatively, i can find no fault & can only be grateful for his expertise.
