Mr. Raj gave me as much time as I needed to discuss my concerns with the planned procedure. I had researched the options and he guided me through the pros and cons for each. In the end he reassured me with his preferred option. He had trained under the renowned expert in the field of colorectal care. He has a gentle manner and actively listens.
