I have nothing but praise to give here. I saw Mr Kerwat for a Cholecystectomy procedure which had been considered nearly essential by the NHS doctors who treated the acute condition. However given the covid situation NHS waiting times are extremely high, so I was able to utilise a health insurance plan to have this done privately. From the first telephone consultation, Mr Kerwat showed his experience and skill in asking probing questions and taking full details about the preceding situation to understand all the relevant detail. Interactions were polite and efficient, and I was given ample opportunity to ask questions. On the day of the procedure, I was still full of complete confidence and again given the opportunity to ask any questions and had everything I needed to know explained to me by him. A month later after having the followup consultation, - again, friendly and efficient - I am happy to report that all went extremely well and I feel well and with no complications. Hopefully I will not have need of his skills again, but for those who do, I would recommend him with complete confidence.
