Rafi has good communication skills and was able to establish a rapport very quickly. He was clear in explaining the cataract situation in my right eye and that the operation would be tricky and explained the risks involved.
The operation took longer than usual but was ultimately successful in restoring my vision. He accepted responsibility for damaging my 'floppy' iris, which is behind my eyelid and no detriment to my vision, and that I had presented a 'challenge' and advised me to arrange for the left eye to be addressed sooner rather than later.
At all times I felt confident in his knowledge and ability which was borne out by the results. I have no concerns about the laser treatment planned for my right eye to disperse the debris that has accumulated since surgery.
