As the mental health team lead I had the pleasure of working with Dr Prem Ganesan between February 2020 and July 2020. I found Dr Ganesan to be extremely knowledgeable , a man of great character, honest and reliable. While he was with us he was a very valued member of our mental health team and it was noted that he has a gift of forming positive therapeutic relationships with some of the country’s’ hardest to reach and marginalised young people. He is kind and compassionate and has a positive attitude; I was very impressed with his ability to handle stressful situations and get our young people to relax and calm down when others could not.
Dr Ganesan is one of the most dedicated and hardworking psychiatrists I have worked with and nothing is ever too much for him. He is calm and reliable and I found him dependable during the entire time he was with us.
