Very friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to talk to. Provided me with lots of printed documentation about my condition. Identified what else was the matter with me, in addition to what I had gone to see him about. Ensured that I was clear about the potential risks with my surgery. Surgery was performed with great care, even with complications.
His handwriting is appalling! But no matter!!
