I needed to reschedule a consultation I had booked with Mr Haers. I contacted his office with plenty of notice in advance, informing them that I needed to reschedule, and inquiring about availability in two months time. I get a replay back with some options. Fast forward two weeks later, I get an email from his office asking me to pay for the appointment I initially booked, which they claim i did not show up for! I refused to pay the invoice as I gave enough notice, they insisted I pay because a room was booked for the appointment I have already told them I was not going to attend! A few days after refusing to pay, I get an email telling me that Mr Haers is discharging me and no longer wants to see me!!! So in a nutshell, his incompetent staff mess up, forget or not pay attention to cancel appointment and want the customers to pay for their mistakes!!! Instead of taking responsibility for their errors, they pass on the buck to the customers!. This is just a glimpse of what awaits you as a customer should you arrange to purse any treatment with Mr Haers!!!
