Mr Wong successfully repaired my mitral valve for which I am truly thankful. Unfortunately I found him to be initially very reluctant to meet for a face to face consultation even after many requests to answer my many questions regarding my post operation infection. Sadly this had a great effect on patient / surgeon relationship.
