Mr.James has been taking care of me for years. He never forget his patients. He is accommodating when you talk to him in person.
I would like togive Mr. James a message about my condition. It feels heavy to pee without the Tamsilousin. Also, my genitals still throbbing.
Mr. James, when you are requesting for
PSA BLOOD test, please send me a form. This was the message from the sunnymede surgery.
Sunnymede surgery needs a PSA proper form.
