Mr Heaton has a great bedside manner & a good sense of humour.
He performed keyhole surgery on my knee and waiting for the anaesthetic to be administered the nurse had to leave the room. Mr Heaton and colleague sat with me and asked what music I'd like to hear.
As I was given the anaesthetic I drifted off listening to Dido.
Everyone including physio are amazed at my recovery.
My whole experience from start to finish has been amazing. In the words of Dido "I want to thank you" and the whole team who cared for me at Grantham Hospital on 26th Oct 23. Keep up the good work.
