I’ve had both eyes operated on by Mr Ursell to remove cataracts. Four weeks after the second operation I had an eye test at an opticians so I can get some reading glasses. Her words at the end of the test were “we don’t get many people in here with 20/20 vision” Apart from cataracts I’ve always been reliant on glasses with high prescription lenses so having perfect distance vision is amazing. Using reading glasses is a minor inconvenience in comparison. Both Mr Ursell and Karen his PA were great to deal with as were the nursing staff who could not have been kinder or more reassuring. I had the operations done privately, best money I have ever spent.
